Lead Stars AI LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the Lead Star platform at leadstars.ai. We provide AI-powered lead generation services for solar installation and roofing contractors.

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, company name, and phone number.
Billing information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe’s privacy policy governs payment data.
Usage data: We collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages viewed, leads accessed, and feature usage, to improve our service.
Lead data: Our AI agents gather publicly available property and homeowner data (property records, permit filings, utility data, satellite imagery analysis) to generate and score leads. This data is sourced from public records and licensed data providers.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
Provide and maintain the Lead Star platform; process subscriptions and billing; deliver scored leads to your dashboard; send transactional emails (welcome, billing receipts, lead alerts); improve our AI scoring algorithms and platform features; and comply with legal obligations.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database hosting), Cloudflare (hosting and CDN), Resend (transactional email delivery), and as required by law.
5. Territory Exclusivity & Lead Data
When you claim a territory (ZIP code), leads within that territory are delivered exclusively to you. We do not share or resell leads that have been assigned to a subscriber’s claimed territory. Lead data is retained for 12 months after delivery, after which it is archived.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), encrypted data at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. While no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, we strive to protect your data.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at privacy@leadstars.ai. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics cookies, if enabled, are privacy-focused and do not track you across other websites.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
